In an era of frequent job changes, we are sending a powerful message of loyalty and commitment. Fourteen employees were honored at an employee awards ceremony in September, including six who have dedicated 40 years to the company.
The honorees work in various areas of the Marbach Group, including design, warehousing, production, sales, service, development, and CAD.
For 10 years of service, the company honored Laura Heege and Andreas Kistler from the toolmaking department and Erik Bülow from the die-cutting technology department.
The 25-year milestone with the company was celebrated by Tuncay Gündüz, Onur Güven, Ralf Häußermann, and Jörg Bauer from the die-cutting technology department and Eugen Alexander from the toolmaking department.
A special anniversary was celebrated by Thilo Habich, Oliver Hahn, Ralf Nill, and Klaus Pfau from the die-cutting technology department, as well as Horst Probsdorfer and Thomas Schnell from the toolmaking department, who have worked at the company for 40 years.
Some of the honorees completed their training at Marbach and have spent their entire professional careers with the company.
Managing Partner Peter Marbach praised the honorees' commitment with words of appreciation: "I am proud that we have so many long-standing employees, even in today's changing job market. This loyalty shows that we at Marbach create an environment in which people feel comfortable, develop, and want to stay long term. That is no longer a matter of course today. All in all, we are delighted to honor 36 employees celebrating their anniversaries this year."
During the ceremony, the anniversary celebrants received personal congratulations, a certificate, and additional gifts based on their years of service. We would like to thank all of the anniversary celebrants for their trust, commitment, and loyalty.
