Flexible compensation. Precise die-cutting.

We support our corrugated board processing customers with the digital zone levelling DZL|foil, helping to reduce setup times and reliably compensate for height tolerances in the cutting platen. The custom-fit foil ensures consistent die-cutting results and stable production processes, quickly, flexibly, and without complex mechanical adjustments.

Maximum stripping performance.

We offer the masterstrip|plate, a solution that has been proven over many years that ensures maximum process reliability during stripping. The specially developed upper stripper enables a stable, clean, and efficient stripping process, even for demanding applications.

Flexible to use. Clean results.

We have further optimized our proven Marbach Creasing Channels (MCC). The creasing channels now feature an even more flexible support and rounded shoulders. This prevents unwanted marks on die-cut packaging, for a clean and high-quality die-cutting result. The Marbach Web-App is also available for quickly selecting the right creasing channel.

Proven in practice. Impressive performance.

We have developed marbaject, a high-performance ejector rubber that has successfully established itself on the market. Today, our tools for corrugated board are largely rubberized with marbaject in both the flatbed and rotary sectors.
