We are celebrating the tenth anniversary of our lightblanker and marbablanker blanking technologies. Both solutions were first presented at drupa 2016 and have since established themselves as the standard in the packaging industry. Machine blanking significantly increases productivity in the postpress area. Cut sheets or paperboard sheets are deposited accurately and consistently,  reducing manual work steps and stabilizing processes.

The lightblanker is a modular blanking tool system whose base frame can remain in the machine and is quickly adapted to the respective job-specific separating grid. Thanks to its quick-release fastener, it is ready for use in just a few simple steps. Its low weight allows for convenient one-man handling and short setup times. The lightblanker is ideal for applications that previously required manual blanking. It enables a cost-effective entry into machine blanking.

The marbablanker is designed for each individual job and is permanently connected to the separating grid. This ensures high stability, minimal set-up times, and a smooth production process. Especially for repeat jobs, users benefit from consistent quality, high process reliability, and efficient further processing.
