Successfully networked, sustainable progress. Marbach takes stock of 2025 and starts 2026 with a clear focus.

We look back on an eventful 2025. The year was shaped by international trade fair appearances, new product innovations, strategic developments, and important advances in sustainability. At the same time, we intensified our interactions with customers, particularly at the first Marbach Performance Summit.

The packaging industry is facing increasing demands for more precise processes, greater efficiency, cost-effective production, and a shift towards more sustainable solutions. We are responding to these developments with new technologies, strong partnerships, and a clear focus on future-oriented production processes.

"2025 was a challenging and strengthening year for us as a company. We expanded our international presence, further developed our processes, and intensified the dialogue with our customers. Only together can we shape the future of our industry," explained Peter Marbach, Managing Partner at Marbach.

In 2025, we were represented at numerous trade fairs, including the IADD Odyssey Expo in Atlanta, Amplify Print in Chicago, Foam Expo in Novi, the FEFCO Technical Seminar in Rome, DieTechExpo in Prague, and Prod&Pack in Lyon. A special highlight was the first Marbach Performance Summit in Heilbronn. Participants were given exclusive insights into production and live demonstrations of the die-cutting machine. They also attended specialist presentations on the use of artificial intelligence in modern production environments.

In terms of sustainability, we achieved several important milestones in 2025: the renewed EcoVadis Silver certification, first place for Marbach trainees in the EcoScouts Heilbronn-Franken project, and joining the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) underscore our commitment to climate-friendly and resource-saving processes.

At the same time, we continued to grow internationally: Marbach America, Inc. acquired the US company Tru-Fit Steel Rule Die in Germantown, Wisconsin. The Mexican plant Troqueles Marbach de México was transformed from a pure sales location into a production site, which moved into its new premises in December 2025.

Technologically speaking, the year was marked by new solutions that significantly simplify everyday production in the packaging industry. We now offer an exclusive solution with the MTS-SQS magnetic transfer system that greatly simplifies the transfer process for male embossing dies. This system was developed by STAMP Systems Europe Sp. z o.o, our embossing specialist within the Marbach Group. We also made significant contributions to the corrugated board sector: The digital zone levelling DZL|foil is a flexible solution for large-format machines. This customized foil with a precisely matched height profile reliably compensates for height tolerances and can easily be inserted into the cutting chase without additional modifications. Additionally, we presented the high-performance Corrugated Performance System (CPS) for flat cutting dies and the CPS-R for rotary cutting dies. These systems offer maximum process stability and efficiency in corrugated board processing thanks to their standardized design and perfectly matched components. These cutting-die designs help manufacturers achieve economical, reproducible results, even under demanding conditions. CONNECT|M continues to play an important role in complementing these solutions. It ensures transparent machine and production data, creating a reliable basis for efficient process analyses and optimizations.

"In 2025, our product solutions were clearly focused on increasing efficiency. Technologies such as the MTS-SQS magnetic transfer system or our innovations for corrugated board, including the DZL|foil digital zone levelling system and the CPS and CPS-R tool designs, as well as digital applications such as CONNECT|M help our customers to make their processes more stable, economical, and transparent," explains Jan Brunner, Sales Manager of the Marbach Group.

We are starting the new year with clear priorities: technological development, sustainable growth, and intensive customer dialogue will remain central to our company's strategy.
