Proven in practice. Impressive performance. marbaject is now available in even more versions.
We have developed marbaject, a high-performance ejector rubber that has successfully established itself on the market. Today, our tools for corrugated board are largely rubberized with marbaject in both the flatbed and rotary sectors.
The portfolio has been continuously expanded: marbaject is now available in seven different shore hardnesses and various thicknesses, with two shore hardnesses also offered as profiled variants. This enables us to offer the right solution for almost every application.
“What makes marbaject special is its extremely high rebound elasticity. This ensures smooth operation of the die-cutting machine and maximum performance in the production process,” explains Ralf Nuyken, Corrugated Board Industry Manager at Marbach.
In addition to its high dynamic performance, marbaject also impresses with its high abrasion and wear resistance, ensuring a long service life in everyday production. Furthermore, marbaject is ISEGA-certified and therefore ideally suited for applications in the food industry.
