More efficiency in a small space. Marbach Die Storage System (MDSS) proves its efficiency after successful installation at packaging manufacturer Dunapack Rambox Prodimpex SRL in Romania.

Dunapack Rambox Prodimpex SRL is now successfully using the system at its plant in Sfântu Gheorghe (Romania) – with clear advantages in terms of order, safety, and efficiency.

Before the implementation of the MDSS, the company's cutting-dies were stored on simple shelves and pallets without a structured system. This resulted in long search times, unstable storage locations, and potential health and safety risks. The desire for a professional, space-saving, and safe solution was correspondingly great. Dunapack Rambox Prodimpex SRL had already been using a storage system from another supplier at another plant, but after intensive testing, they decided to use the Marbach solution.

The decisive factors were the optimal price-performance ratio, the high degree of flexibility in planning, and the efficient use of the limited space available on site at the production facility. "We needed a solution that could store all our cutting-die packages in the smallest possible space, and Marbach made exactly that possible. The system makes optimal use of every centimeter and also offers the option of a lift system. With the appropriate transport trolley, the cassettes can be easily lifted out of the storage system," explains Zsolt Fadgyas, Procurement Specialist at Dunapack Rambox Prodimpex SRL.
