We offer the masterstrip|plate, a solution that has been proven over many years that ensures maximum process reliability during stripping. The specially developed upper stripper enables a stable, clean, and efficient stripping process, even for demanding applications.
During the stripping process, registration inaccuracies between the die-cut sheet, more specifically, the contour of the die-cut waste and the stripping tool often lead to problems. The causes for these inaccuracies are varied. However, the consequences include reduced productivity and, in some cases, quality issues, such as stacks of printed sheets with residual waste. The masterstrip|plate addresses these challenges with an integrated, spring-mounted presser plate that precisely positions and securely holds the die-cut sheet in place with minimal contact pressure. Specially manufactured ejection claws also ensure that the waste is reliably guided through the lower stripper. In combination with the marbafly lifting aid, which is integrated as standard, results in a stable, virtually waste-free ejection process.
“What makes our masterstrip|plate special is that it enables a very stable die-cutting process,” explains Bernhard Reisser, industry manager for paperboard at Marbach. “The spring-mounted presser plate smooths out the sheet, aligns it optimally, and secures it firmly, while reducing pressure. Together with marbafly, friction forces are minimized and stable holding points are created.”
Thanks to high registration accuracy and precise fixation, the sheet is optimally positioned. Users benefit from consistently high process quality, maximum machine speeds, and a significantly reduced amount of waste, even with complex packaging designs.
The masterstrip|plate stands for maximum stripping performance combined with stable and efficient processes.
