The CPS – Corrugated Performance System is a high-performance system for flat cutting-dies that is specially tailored to the requirements of corrugated board processing. The aim is to enable consistently precise die-cutting processes, stable production workflows, and high cost-effectiveness. 

In corrugated board production, packaging manufacturers face the daily challenge of ensuring high productivity, minimal set-up times, and stable processes, while at the same time meeting increasing demands on quality and tool life. This is exactly where CPS comes in: with a standardized design, the system ensures reliable performance, regardless of the machine type or manufacturer. All components of the tool, from the cutting rules to the ejector elements, are optimally coordinated.

The precise coordination of nicks, offsets, and overlays also enables waste-free production. At the same time, the optimized interaction of the materials ensures that the cutting pressure can be reduced by up to 10%. This reduces the load on both the machines and the materials used.
