Marbach Takes Responsibility. New 2025 Sustainability Report Published.

We are consistently advancing our commitment to sustainability. With the publication of our fourth sustainability report, we once again document our progress toward sustainable corporate management. 

The approach is consistent: With our fourth consecutive report, we make our progress transparent and traceable, thereby creating a clear framework for measurable progress.

For us, sustainability means balancing ecological, economic, and social aspects and taking responsibility for the environment, for people, and for future generations.

Sustainability is firmly anchored in our corporate strategy. It permeates all areas, from the development of resource-efficient solutions and efficient production processes to responsibility toward employees. This creates progress that benefits not only us but also our customers. After all, working sustainably means working in a future proof way.

The 2025 Sustainability Report highlights, among other things, measures to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, the responsible use of resources, and initiatives to support employees and promote sustainable corporate governance. In addition, the report provides information on current key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and future areas of focus.
