Marbach Tool Manufacturing (Werkzeugbau) will be present at the Kiefel Tech Day from the 28th to 29th of June 2017. Within the framework of TIML-cooperation “Best of each”, and together with the companies Kiefel and Ilsemann, Marbach will give a presentation on the topic “Product Development Competence and Handling”. In addition a Marbach TIML production tool will be shown live in action on a Kiefel machine KTR6.
Marbach's core competences in thermoforming tools as well as cutting-dies for the label industry provide the basis for successful TIML solutions. Marbach can test TIML products simply and quickly under live conditions in its own machine park at its technology center in Heilbronn.
Sefa Bincan, Area Sales manager at Marbach: “With our top machinery, development and optimization of products is not only possible at Marbach, but is an essential part of our product portfolio. Our presentation at the Tech Day will deal indepth with the topic Performance in Product Development and Handling.
Marbach is looking forward to receiving many visitors at the Kiefel Tech Days in Freilassing.
We are not only a specialist in tools and services for packaging production, but also provide systems for the storage of cutting-die packages. One satisfied customer who has installed a Marbach storage system in their company is Weiss Packaging in Simmerath, Germany.
In the corrugated board sector, one of our latest technologies is the DZL|plateXL, a zone levelling solution for large format die-cutting machines. This ensures significantly reduced make-ready times.
We have recently released our new app. At the touch of a button, you can quickly and easily find out which creasing channel is best suited to your particular order when die-cutting your packaging.
The crease-plate-die|+ and crease-plate-die|rc technologies not only ensure the best creasing results in the tobacco sector, but also productivity during die-cutting and the following packaging process.
Whether the crease-plate-die|+ or the crease-plate-die|rc is used always depends on the design of the blank to be die-cut. The crease-plate-die|+ is always used when packaging with a hinge lid or bevel edge design is to be produced. The crease-plate-die|rc, on the other hand, is a solution specifically for cigarette packaging with a round corner design.
