Magnetic positioning. Precise transfer. MTS-SQS simplifies the positioning and transfer of male embossing dies.

The positioning and transfer of male embossing dies to the cutting plate require the highest accuracy. In practice, various methods and tools are often used for this purpose. This takes time, makes it difficult to achieve a reproducible process, and can lead to manual rework or, in the worst case, damage the cutting-die.

With the MTS-SQS Magnetic Transfer System, we offer a simple and standardized solution for this. Magnets integrated into the female embossing die, working in combination with precision elements on the male die carrier, ensure that the male embossing die is precisely positioned and securely held in place. The transfer is performed entirely magnetically, without additional tools and without manual corrections.

The MTS-SQS also supports an efficient setup process for repeat orders. If the components are not archived after the initial order, the male embossing dies can be repositioned quickly and reliably. This saves time, increases repeatability, and ensures a consistently reliable process.
