We offer the alublanker, a blanking tool designed for efficient processes and safe handling. The base, made entirely of aluminum, enables the machine separation of complex layouts, precisely and even at high machine speeds.

Precision where it counts.
Blanking is a central part of the packaging manufacturing process. Depending on the application, additional requirements may arise in terms of dimensional accuracy, handling, and process stability. This is exactly where the alublanker shows its strengths.

Less weight, more process reliability.
The alublanker is specifically designed to meet these requirements. The lower part is manufactured entirely from a single piece of aluminum in a single CNC milling operation. The result is a high-precision separating grid with significantly reduced weight, for stable processes and simplified set-up.

“The combination of precision and low weight makes all the difference. The alublanker ensures uniform blank shafts and can be handled safely by just one person,” explains Industry Manager, Bernhard Reisser at Marbach.
