We have further optimized our proven Marbach Creasing Channels (MCC). The creasing channels now feature an even more flexible support and rounded shoulders. This prevents unwanted marks on die-cut packaging, for a clean and high-quality die-cutting result. The Marbach Web-App is also available for quickly selecting the right creasing channel.

When die-cutting high-quality packaging, visible marks in the material pose a particular challenge. Especially with sensitive surfaces or complex designs, these can impair the packaging’s appearance. Marbach’s optimized MCCs provide a solution here: the geometry of the creasing channels specifically reduces pressure on the material while simultaneously ensuring a precise and material-friendly creasing result.

The application assists in selecting the appropriate creasing channel and helps reduce set-up times as well as avoid selection errors. The Web-App can be used directly in a browser or as a PC application and perfectly complements the MCC in the daily production process.
