For three years now, Marbach has been one of the few diemakers to operate a die-cutting machine at its site in Heilbronn. The Eterna machine (formerly Brausse) is used for customer and employee training, for tests of in-house developments and also for customer projects with well-known brand owners. In July this year, Marbach and Eterna can look back on 3 years of successful cooperation.
Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach: "We are very happy that we decided to invest in a die-cutting machine back then. During the last three years we have been able to carry out numerous projects and training and so optimally support our customers in their daily challenges. We are very satisfied with our die-cutting machine and will continue to use it in the coming years. Many thanks to Eterna for their great cooperation."
Michael Münchow, senior sales director folding boxes at Eterna, adds: "A lot has happened for us in past few years. Brausse has been re-marketed under the name Eterna (a BOBST Group company). For this reason the machine which is located at Marbach has received a new name. The Brausse 1060 ER is now called ECut 1060 elite ER. Cooperation with Marbach has been excellent from the very beginning. The chemistry was simply perfect."
Brunner: "Because tool specifications of the Eterna machines follow the BOBST Group standard exactly, and have a corresponding operating concept, most participants in our training courses can effectively implement taught methods and learning content, directly on their own company's die-cutting machines. This is why we decided to purchase this machine at that time. In the last few years we have increased and intensified our cooperation with Eterna. We are looking forward to further exciting joint projects."
Marbach Die Supplies also offers rubbering materials for cutting-dies in its varied portfolio. One rubber with very special properties is flexpower.
Marbach is offering a special stripping tool which ensures a smooth stripping process during packaging production. The tool named masterstrip|plate has already been sold thousands of times. More and more Marbach customers are deciding to use this high-performance tool.
Marbach, global acting diemaker, has further developed its crease plate technology which has already proven its worth over years. With the new crease-plate-die|+ and the crease-plate-die|rc Marbach provides tool solutions for the cigarette industry with even higher performance potential.
Marbach will participate in the virtual exhibition ConneXion which will take place for the first time in 2020. Interested visitors can register at http://connexion.hyperfair.com.
