The wireblanker is the innovative solution for blanking rectangular beverage carrier blanks, where a double knife gutter parallel to the gripper is not required. However, a double knife gutter in running direction of the machine is still necessary.

The system is based on a marbablanker frame, with additional steel elements specifically strengthening the bars in the machine direction. This is necessary in order to anchor and tension the blanking wire. Eliminating the double knife gutter ensures maximum process reliability, improved blank quality, and perfect stacking, as well as significant cardboard material savings.

The system is delivered with a spare parts kit. The design of the corresponding upper blanker complies with the current standard.
