The MTS-SQS is an innovative magnetic transfer system for positioning and transferring male embossing dies to the cutting plate. Special magnets in the female embossing die and precisely fitting precision discs in the male embossing die ensure exact positioning – without any additional aids. This not only simplifies the entire process considerably but also makes it reproducible and reliable. Even for follow-up orders, assuming that nothing from the initial order is archived, the male embossing die can be reliably and quickly returned to its position – this not only saves set-up time, but also significantly increases process reliability.
