The DZL|foil digital zone levelling system provides a remedy here: based on an impression, an individually customized foil with a precisely matched height profile is produced. This reliably compensates for height tolerances, replacing the protection plates is generally not necessary. "The special feature of our digital zone levelling system is that it is flexible, precise, and quick to use. This makes it easy to compensate for height tolerances without additional mechanical intervention," explains Ralf Nuyken, Corrugated Board Industry Manager at Marbach.
