The globally active die-maker Marbach now has added a new technology to its portfolio that allows customers to calibrate their die-cutting machines themselves. This ensures perfect interaction between the individual stations of the die-cutting machine and all upper and lower tools. For maximum performance in packaging production.
Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach: "If the individual stations and the upper and lower tool parts in a die-cutting machine are not perfectly synchronized, time-consuming set-up processes are inevitable. Our solution: the calibration tool. This sets a die-cutting machine to 0 and calibrates all stations perfectly to each other. This increases process reliability in the overall process and significantly reduces set-up times for each individual job."
Marbach has decided to cooperate with laser solutions specialist Cutlite Penta. In a development cooperation, Marbach will work with Cutlite Penta to create an optimized laser program that will meet the Marbach Group's high demands for laser systems.
The portfolio of Marbach Die Supplies (MDS) includes machines, equipment as well as materials for diemaking. However, MDS does not only supply diemakers, but also packaging manufacturers with materials for daily needs as well as equipment and machines for the diecutting environment. One of the latest additions to the portfolio are the mbench|smart and mbench|pro workbenches.
Marbach supplies packaging manufacturers of folding boxes and corrugated packaging with tools and also offers them a wide range of die-cutting services. In this context, the topic of digitalization and Industry 4.0 is an important part of the current development work - both in tooling technology and in the services of the corporate group. However, not only Marbach's portfolio is becoming increasingly digital, but also its communication.
