Marbach has a new technology in its portfolio. The universal sheet delivery is a tool with which sheet delivery in the die-cutting machine can be extended so that the delivery of the paperboard sheets can be quickly and easily adapted to each individual job.
Sales Director International Bernhard Reisser: "We recommend the use of a blanking tool for die-cutters with a blanking unit. However, there are orders in which our customers deliberately do not want to separate the sheets and want to stack the entire sheet. Up to now, this has been possible, but it has been quite time-consuming due to necessary conversion work. With our new universal sheet delivery as the upper tool, the upper blanking unit of the die-cutter can be quickly and easily changed from blanking to sheet delivery. The result means a big time advantage for the machine operators and a significant improvement in the quality of the stack, which in turn ensures smoother processes in the folding box gluing machine. The perfect optional counterpart: a custom-made frame which is mounted on the Marbach quick look lightblanker base frame which has proven its worth over the years."
If required, the universal sheet delivery can be combined with a custom-made guillotine to separate the sheet from the front trim waste.

Marbach has recently expanded its production capacity in Poland. In addition to two already established plants in Tarnowskie Góry and Kielce, another plant in Poznan has become part of the globally active Marbach Group since September 2019.
Marbach is known for its manufacture of tools for the production of packaging. What is less well known is that Marbach also offers high-precision tools for a wide range of technical requirements.
Marbach has responded to the increasing demand for its die-cutting platen cleaning device by launching a revised version into the market. With this, it is now possible to clean machines where previously the Marbach machine could not be used due to lack of space.
