Academy establishes itself. Successful Marbach training center.
Marbach has been offering training courses at its academy for almost 2 years. Under the motto "Marbach Academy. More knowledge. More skills." Marbach teaches important know-how about die-cutting packaging in practice-oriented training courses. Marbach held numerous training courses in 2019.
Tina Dost: "The Marbach Academy has established itself. Last year we were able to welcome many customers, but also board manufacturers and technical schools. In addition, we were part of a new advanced training program of the FFI (Fachverband Faltschachtelindustrie e.V.). The evaluation of our training courses by the participants has been extremely good. This has encouraged us to continue contributing our share to industry training, supporting our customers in their requirements and increasing their performance."
The Marbach training programs are not only popular locally, but participants from all over the world come to Heilbronn to get training for greater performance in die-cutting.
Dost continues: "We not only offer standard training courses, but also individual training courses. From a modular system, the participating company can choose the topics that are of particular interest to its employees. Individual and intensive training takes place based on these topic choices. In recent months there has been an increased demand for this type of training."
