Marbach not only manufactures tools for flat die-cutting machines, but also for rotary die-cutting machines. For rotary die-cutting of corrugated board, the trend is towards the use of rotary machines with active stripping technology. Marbach has developed specially equipped rotary tools for this purpose, which ensure high productivity on such machines.
Rotary machines with active stripping technology employ a different technology than conventional rotary machines. They have an integrated self-stripping system in which mechanical ejectors are used to strip out waste.
Ralf Nuyken, industry manager corrugated board at Marbach: "Our special tools for machines with active stripping technology have been explicitly designed for them. This is because requirements for these tools are extremely high: For maximum performance, the special rotary tools have not only to be extremely precise, but also to be equipped with special features. The result are waste-free blanks as well as very high running speeds of the rotary machine and thus maximum productivity in rotary die-cutting."
The Marbach special tools are suitable for all rotary machines with active stripping technology.
For almost 10 years, we have been offering a very special, dimensionally stable dieboard under the name "Marbach solidplate". Now this tool is available in a new aluminum version which, due to its low weight, demonstrates all its advantages especially for large folding box formats.
We once again this year follow a long established company tradition: We donate to different aid projects at Christmas under the motto "Donations instead of gifts".
