Marbach has caused a sensation in the market with its platen cleaning device mplaten|cleaner. Well over 100 devices have already been sold. More and more customers want to benefit from the advantages of this new Marbach tool.
Erik Bülow, Sales Marbach Die Supplies & Automation: "The feedback from our customers on the mplaten|cleaner is consistently positive. The statements range from: "The performance of the new Marbach device is top" to "we are enthusiastic about the very easy handling" to "a comparatively inexpensive device with great performance. Thank you Marbach."
Cleaning the platen with the mplaten|cleaner usually takes one hour. A very short period of time, if you consider that the productivity of the die-cutting machine increases for many months with just this first cleaning. The mplaten|cleaner pays for itself very quickly. "A worthwhile and very sensible purchase for our customers", says Bülow.
The mplaten|cleaner is offered in different versions. It is available for both large-format corrugated board and paperboard die-cutting machines.
With its stripping technologies, Marbach has an extensive portfolio on the market for smooth processes and waste-free stripping. An important product, and the basic requirement for a stable stripping process, is the precision set-up aid marbapoint. The male and female strippers are precisely positioned in relation to each other. The marbapoint is therefore a simple and cost-effective way to optimize the setup process.
On the 5th of July 2019 the Family Day took place for the 6th time at Marbach. The theme was "Beach Party - it's summertime". Almost 400 employees and their families gathered on the company premises and celebrated together in bright sunshine.
Marbach is exhibiting - as in previous years - at the FachPack in Nuremberg at the end of September. For Marbach, this coming together of the packaging industry has become an established part of the exhibition year.
Marbach founded a new branch in Tianjin together with the machine manufacturer Masterwork in the summer of 2018. Cutting-dies for the Chinese folding box industry are mainly manufactured at this location. A few months later, Marbach started its new materials subsidiary in Mexico. A production facility in the USA will follow in the summer of 2019. At Marbach all signs point to expansion.
