Through its Die Supplies & Automation (MDS&A) division Marbach sells machines to die-makers. In addition to laser systems and water jet systems, Marbach has milling machines in its portfolio. The mgrav|2 is its most successful milling machine.
Team Leader Sales Die Supplies & Automation, Benjamin Borzer: "The mgrav|2 is convincing due to its versatility and precision. It mills wood, steel and pertinax. The special software is optimized for cutting-die production. Together with a modern touch panel, this ensures intuitive and straightforward control by the machine operator. The high-performance milling spindle ensures high-precision milling results. And not forgetting the absolute eye-catcher: an integrated LED light indicates the current process status of the machine in various colors during milling. This allows the machine operator to see at a glance the current status of the mgrav|2."
The mgrav|2 has a working range of 1,640 x 1,100 mm. It is equipped with a 10-fold tool changing system and can be remotely controlled via Teamviewer if required. Borzer continues: "The use of the mgrav|2 ensures greatest flexibility and top performance for the operator."
