Marbach is known for its manufacture of tools for the production of packaging. What is less well known is that Marbach also offers high-precision tools for a wide range of technical requirements.
Sales Manager Michael Kiesel: "We not only make cutting-dies for packaging, but also for special applications in a wide variety of areas. For this purpose we have our own sales, CAD and production team that is specialized in all tools that are not used to produce packaging."
Marbach's special solutions include tools for die-cutting sensors, foam, car interior panels, active ingredient patches, surgical accessories, tablet blisters, thermoformed parts, honeycomb materials, filters, puzzles and plastics - and many more.
In addition to the packaging industry, Marbach's customers include those in the automotive, pharmaceutical, plastics, and gaming industries, as well as model making, and commercial printing.
The solutions here are as varied as the target groups. For die-cutting particular end products such as wire-eroded tools, solid steel tools, cutting elements, cutting plates and bent steel rules are used. Also heatable and extraction tools and those with high steel content. Marbach also supplies its customers with steel-rule tools for separating individual cups in the thermoforming process.

Marbach now offers its customers a new service at its location in Heilbronn: die-cutting of samples in Heilbronn. Marbach customers can thus keep their own machine capacities free for their production orders and easily outsource samples for packaging and filling tests or limited editions. Marbach currently die-cuts on a BRAUSSE 1060ER.
Under the name Marbach Die Supplies & Automation, Marbach offers customized materials for packaging manufacturers and die-makers centered on the topic of die-cutting. Marbach has expanded its portfolio in time for the turn of the year and can now offer its customers an even greater variety of materials.
Marbach has sold its 500th digital zone levelling. This special protection plate called DZL|plate compensates for unevenness in the platen. It only has to be inserted into the die-cutting machine once and will last for many months. This contrasts to the conventional type of zone levelling, which must be carried out for each individual job.
Marbach has recently added a new technology to its portfolio under the name Universal Sheet Delivery. The Universal Sheet Delivery is a tool that can be used to supplement the blanking unit in the die-cutting machine so it can be quickly and easily adapted to each individual job. The first customers are already using the new Marbach tool.
