Marbach Werkzeugbau is fully prepared for the forthcoming K trade fair. The fair will take place from 16 to 23 October 2019 in Duesseldorf. On 94 square meters Marbach will present to visitors its innovations from the fields of digitization, industry 4.0 and tool technologies.
Hubert Kittelmann, Marbach Sales Manager: "Our preparations for the fair are almost complete and we are looking forward to the start of the fair."
Marbach will take a large step into the digital future with its innovations CONNECT|M and CONNECT|AR. CONNECT|M is a technology that intelligently connects thermoforming tools, Marbach and customers. In addition, Marbach is part of a digital customer support project within CONNECT|AR (Augmented Reality).
Kittelmann continues: "Together with machine manufacturers, the European Thermoforming Division and producers of thermoformed end products, we want to engage with a new dimension of customer support aided by AR glasses. These new products ensure maximum performance for our customers in the production of plastic packaging."
In addition, Marbach will present to the many expected visitors its 360° service, as well as innovations in its product range and, not least, its new small parts catalog with extended portfolio.
The Marbach stand with the latest company news will be located in Hall 3 Stand C35.
Marbach Die Supplies includes in its portfolio a very special hand tool for simple and fast insertion of waste nicks into cutting rules: the marbanick|2+. This is the follow-on development of the long-standing and time-proven marbanick and marbanick|2.
Marbach has been participating in the world's largest exhibition for the packaging industry, drupa, since 1977. At the upcoming drupa in 2 weeks, from April 20-23, Marbach will again be represented with a booth - but this time virtually. Because of the Corona pandemic, this year's exhibition will take place exclusively online. On the 4 days of the fair, however, everything will center on packaging online.
Marbach Die Supplies has the right solution for every requirement in its portfolio. In the counter plate sector, Marbach offers a comprehensive portfolio of materials for diemakers. From simple creasing matrixes to cutting plates for the production of steel counter plates. However, the top seller in counter materials has remained the same for years: rillma+. But what makes this material so popular?
Marbach is repositioning itself for the future. The company with its more than 20 locations worldwide, has evaluated its position during a one-year-long strategy project. The results are impressive: a new sales structure, the introduction of "Production Centers of Excellence" and new industry management reorganization for the most important target markets: folding carton and corrugated board.
