Marbach has developed a new technology for full-sheet delivery. Marbach customer Bromberger has intensively tested the universal sheet delivery from Marbach and agrees with the Marbach solution.
Winfried Reichle, Production Manager Finishing at Bromberger: "We have been using the universal sheet delivery from Marbach successfully for some time now. The basis for our decision for the universal sheet delivery was its user-friendly handling as well as short make-ready times. In practical application we noticed that we could also increase the speed of the machine. The reason for this was the fact that the die-cut sheets could be placed into the machine's full-sheet delivery more safely and trouble-free with the universal sheet delivery. We think the universal sheet delivery is a great solution for full-sheet delivery. Many thanks to Marbach for this work simplification."
The universal sheet delivery can be used for orders with single or double knife. This ensures a successful usage also in the pharmaceutical and tobacco industry. The universal sheet delivery is available in the machine formats 3B and 6.
Marbach has added a new blanking tool to its product range. The alublanker is, as its name suggests, made of aluminum and completely CNC-milled. One of the first customers to use the alublanker is Marbach's long-standing partner MPS in Obersulm - a company of the Consumer Packaging Business of the WestRock Group. The Obersulm site produces high-quality folding cartons for the international perfume and cosmetics industry.
Marbach has published a new whitepaper for tobacco applications on its knowledge platform, the Experience Hub.
Marbach provides solutions to ensure top performance for its customers. In order to make packaging more attractive and to visually highlight individual elements of packing, the embellishment process of embossing is often used. As an eye-catcher, it increases the impact of a package at the point of sale. This then has a sales-promoting effect for the packaged product. If the embossing process is not integrated into the die-cutting process but is carried out separately, this is known as embossing and die-cutting in two passes. This is more time-consuming than an embossing process integrated into the die-cutting process. But here, too, set-up times can be minimized.
The portfolio of Marbach Die Supplies (MDS) includes machines, equipment and materials for diemaking. In particular, MDS has expanded its range of manual devices in recent months. Among the most popular of these is the mcut|multi multifunctional cutting tool. It cuts rule materials quickly and without deformation. Plastika Mostar in Slovenia is already using mcut|multi and is very impressed.
