With its premium stripping tool masterstrip|plate, Marbach has for several years, been offering the market a special stripping technology that ensures fast and reliable stripping. This tool is becoming more and more the market standard.
With its stripping tool masterstrip|plate Marbach continues to be on the right track for success. "This tool has now become the standard for many of our customers," says Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach. "The future belongs to dynamic stripping. The reason for this is that die-cutting machines run at increasing speeds. This is where stripping with lower pins reaches its limits. And with such high demand on waste-free operation and machine speed, the masterstrip|plate has become the tool of choice for many of our customers".
The masterstrip|plate has a male stripper with a presser plate. This plate smoothes the sheet and ensures that the waste is evenly fixed during the stripping process. The marbafly sheet lifter, which is mounted in the female stripper, supports the smooth transport of the paperboard sheet through the stripping process. This makes it extremely safe and stable. Users benefit from high machine speeds without machine stops as well as waste-free blanks.
Marbach has been a specialist for the production of cutting-dies for the packaging industry for many decades. In addition, the Marbach portfolio also includes tools for special technical solutions. One of which is the production of cutting-dies with particularly high cutting rules.
In May of this year, Marbach launched its new lower pin unit with high precision lower pins. This is mainly used for jobs where very small amounts of waste have to be stripped and where requirements for die-cut blanks to be waste-free are very high. With the lower pin unit, waste is stripped very safely in these areas of application. In the last months, several customers have already been using the new Marbach technology. Customer feedback has been consistently positive.
