The world of packaging. That is Marbach’s domain. With our tools we provide all the functionality of packaging. And also attractive appearance. With special refinement technologies each package will become something special.
Marketing Manager Tina Dost: “There are various options to refine packaging. With de- or embossing. 2D or 3D. With hot foil. Pure edge. Or reverse cutting. We have all the technologies in our portfolio. And we have even developed some of them ourselves. Our tools provide the user with almost unlimited opportunities. For outstanding and extraordinary packaging at the point of sale.”
There are multiple fields of application. Numerous packaging possibilities need to be refined. Packaging for cosmetics. For medical products. For food. Or cigarettes. Either embossed logos. Golden foils. Silver foils. Or a combination. The Marbach refinement technologies provide attractive packaging.
Dost continues: “The very special thing at Marbach is that we deliver everything from one source. Not only the cutting-die. But also the fitting embossing clichés. This saves the customers’ time. And they also have the assurance that everything runs smoothly. And fits perfectly in the end.”
Marbach has continuously expanded its services in the past year. The newest member of the Marbach service family is the Marbach Performance Boost package. By which, Marbach supports its consulting service which makes its own process know-how available to its customers and thereby significantly increasing their productivity during the die-cutting process.
Marbach has been using for some time now a new rubber for rubbering cutting-dies. The name of this high-performance material is flexpower. Certified by ISEGA for use in the food industry, this rubber offers numerous advantages to operators. Marbach uses flexpower in corrugated board tools (both flat and rotary) and also sells it as raw material.
Marbach is one of the large material suppliers in Germany. Under the name Marbach Die Supplies, Marbach offers materials for packaging manufacturers that meet the requirements in the field of die-cutting. In order to support its customers even more in increasing their performance, Marbach has expanded its material portfolio.
