Marbach has achieved a real sales success with its die-cutting platen cleaning device. The customers are enthusiastic about this new device, which creates the basis for a clean and efficient cutting process.
Erik Bülow, Sales Marbach Die Supplies & Automation: "We are very pleased about the great demand for our mplaten|cleaner. The customers are impressed and we sell more devices every day. Not only the cutting-die, but also a clean machine are essential for productive die-cutting processes. Even the best tools are useless if, due to wear, there is unevenness on the platen. We take this fact into account with the mplaten|cleaner."
Cleaning the cutting platen with the mplaten|cleaner usually takes, at a maximum, one hour. A very short time if you consider that the productivity of the die-cutter increases immediately after the cleaning. The mplaten|cleaner pays for itself very quickly." A worthwhile and very valuable purchase for our customers," says Bülow.
The mplaten|cleaner is available in different versions. It is available for both large-format corrugated board and paperboard die-cutting machines.
Marbach has recently expanded its production capacity in Poland. In addition to two already established plants in Tarnowskie Góry and Kielce, another plant in Poznan has become part of the globally active Marbach Group since September 2019.
Marbach is known for its manufacture of tools for the production of packaging. What is less well known is that Marbach also offers high-precision tools for a wide range of technical requirements.
Marbach has responded to the increasing demand for its die-cutting platen cleaning device by launching a revised version into the market. With this, it is now possible to clean machines where previously the Marbach machine could not be used due to lack of space.
Marbach has recently launched an additional service for its 700 employees at its location in Heilbronn. Since 23 September 2019, employees have been able to have their private parcels delivered to the company address. They are stored there at a "PAKADOO point", which is their own parcel locker.
