Marbach Automation & Service: Preview 2017.

The Marbach Group supplies under the name Marbach Automation & Service machines and devices to cutting-die manufacturers. Marbach has planned also in 2017 to extend this company branch.

Sales Director Samuel Vial: “We supply all our subsidiaries and partners with machines and devices. But many cutting-die manufacturers belong to our customers.” This fact is not surprising considering that Marbach uses its machines and equipment daily in its own production. For this reason Marbach machines have been perfected and buyers can be sure to get technology that is working reliably and thus ensuring high performance.

Vial continues: “In 2017, we will focus on our laser, waterjet and milling machines. We have partially modified them and developed additional features that not only make work easier for the operator but also significantly increase efficiency. We are looking forward to an exciting year in 2017.”

Maximum performance in the stripping process.

Our masterstrip|plate stripping tool, is a special upper stripping tool that ensures a smooth and very efficient stripping process in the packaging production.

It is equipped with special presser plates that are spring-mounted. These presser plates ensure that the die-cut sheet is optimally positioned and fixed in relation to the tool during the stripping process.

Maximum safety during the stripping process.

One tool solution for maximum safety during the stripping process is the Marbach lower pin unit. This is always used when the requirements for waste-free die-cut blanks are very high. This is because the lower pin unit is used to strip waste particularly safely in these areas of application.

Lower pin units are used in the stripping station of a die-cutting machine. They are particularly useful when it comes to stripping very small waste parts and when maximum reliability is required during stripping.
