Marbach is now using its special rubber flexpower, already proven on its rotary tools, also for flat cutting-dies.
The Marbach cutting-die with flexpower rubber promises the best operating features: high machine speeds as well as a long tool life span.
Marbach developer Ingo Graham: “The technical features of flexpower rubber not only have advantages for rotary corrugated board tools but also for flat cutting-dies. With it’s high rebound elasticity, flexpower rubbering allows very high machine speeds. Moreover, through its long tool life span, cutting-dies with flexpower rubbering are perfectly suitable for high quantities. Our new marbaspeed cutting-die is therefore characterized by maximum performance through a smooth production process.”
Marbach customers are convinced by this tool. It is especially suitable for endurance runs, according to customers that have marbaspeed already in use.
