Marbach Die Supplies & Automation offers with its MDSS (Marbach Die Storage System), a special storage system in two versions: for flat or rotary tools. The Marbach storage system ensures good internal logistics and safe storage of the cutting-dies.
With the Marbach Die Storage System, Marbach offers a customer-specific solution for the storage of cutting-dies. The modular system can be implemented in various sizes and can be extended as desired. Depending on the size of the MDSS, different types of cassettes and transport systems are available.
Ingo Graham, Product Manager at Marbach: "Good internal logistics save our customers time and money. In the tool cassettes of the MDSS, the cutting-dies are not only optimally protected, but they can also be found very quickly and are accessible at any time. With the appropriate handling system, the cutting-dies can be transported quickly and safely in the tool cassette to the operating site."
Depending on requirements, a selection of 3 different cassette sizes is possible.
Marbach has decided to cooperate with laser solutions specialist Cutlite Penta. In a development cooperation, Marbach will work with Cutlite Penta to create an optimized laser program that will meet the Marbach Group's high demands for laser systems.
The portfolio of Marbach Die Supplies (MDS) includes machines, equipment as well as materials for diemaking. However, MDS does not only supply diemakers, but also packaging manufacturers with materials for daily needs as well as equipment and machines for the diecutting environment. One of the latest additions to the portfolio are the mbench|smart and mbench|pro workbenches.
Marbach supplies packaging manufacturers of folding boxes and corrugated packaging with tools and also offers them a wide range of die-cutting services. In this context, the topic of digitalization and Industry 4.0 is an important part of the current development work - both in tooling technology and in the services of the corporate group. However, not only Marbach's portfolio is becoming increasingly digital, but also its communication.
