We have launched a system solution for more digitalization in the die-cutting process. Interest in CONNECT|M has continued steadily over the past few months. Especially since new features are always available that make CONNECT|M even more attractive for the packaging manufacturer. Marbach also has planned a lot for 2023.
Tim Wolber, Project Manager CONNECT|M: "Numerous customers have already visited us in Heilbronn in recent months to see our CONNECT|M demo system live in action. We also have new exciting features planned again for 2023 that will make life much easier for our customers."
CONNECT|M is a system solution for packaging manufacturers that digitally connects die-cutting machines, cutting-dies and users. In this way, the transformation from what was previously a largely analog die-cutting process to a digital one is successful. CONNECT|M ensures transparency and performance in the die-cutting process for packaging.

We are known for our innovative technologies that make life easier for the user. One of these is the split anvil, which ensures that packaging can be equipped with elegant and functional opening mechanisms.
In 1923, the Marbach company began as a 3-man workshop in Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg. 100 years later, the small craftsman business has become a global market leader operating worldwide. Today, the Marbach Group, with its 1,600 employees around the world, is a key partner for the global packaging industry.
Such a long company history cannot be taken for granted – in Germany only a little more than 1% of the companies ever reach 100 years. The fact that we have managed to achieve this, is due to many different factors.
Our story reads like an exciting novel.
In addition to materials for packaging manufacturers, our division Marbach Die Supplies also supplies equipment for the die-cutting process. This includes two mobile workbenches mbench|smart and mbench|pro. These are distinguished by their flexible application possibilities.
The workbenches in the mbench series are not only equipped with smooth-running heavy-duty wheels for flexible use, but also offer an ideal work surface, storage space for tools and materials, as well as the option of fitting them with suitable hand tools. This means that tools can be repaired and processed in a minimum of space.
With the Marbach lower pin unit, we have a tool on the market that is mainly used for jobs where the requirements for waste-free die-cut blanks are very high. This is because waste is stripped in an especially reliable way with the lower pin unit in these applications.
Lower pin units are used in the stripping station of a die-cutting machine. They are particularly useful when very small waste parts have to be stripped and when maximum reliability is required during stripping.
