Marbach will exhibit at the largest plastics trade fair in Asia this year. The Chinaplas is widely recognized by the industry as one of the most influential exhibitions in the world. Comparable to the K in Duesseldorf, Germany and the NPE in Chicago, USA. The 31st Chinaplas will take place between the 16th and 19th of May 2017. 140,000 visitors are expected to attend.
Marbach will present its innovative thermoforming technology solutions at its booth. These have already been very well received by the visitors at the K trade show in Duesseldorf.
The Marbach tool MIT|easy speed is a new technology for all tilting tools for cups. Its special design provides significantly higher cycle numbers, extends life span 3-fold and has a tool weight that is reduced by 33%.
Marbach reaches a whole new level of forming and trimming with its steel-rule tools. These SR tools, which are produced in-house at Marbach cutting-die manufacturing, are characterized by their individuality and quality. Technologies such as the Flexi-Tab-System or the cutting rule Silverline 23.8 provide exactly the quality Marbach customers expect from a cutting-die. A modular system allows the customers to compile a tool package that meets their requirements perfectly. For all those unwilling to miss out on Marbach quality even with short runs, Marbach recommends the 'smart' version. The 'performance' option is the right choice for customers who have made production performance their top priority. And all those customers with highest demands concerning the tool and its life span, and that are willing to invest in the future, should choose “performance+”.
Thomas Reinhardt, who is responsible for Marbach Sales in Asia: “My colleague Fabian Heidrich and I are looking forward to welcoming all visitors at our booth number 5.1S01 in Hall 5.1 and presenting to them our new developments.”
