With fireworks of innovation and special news the Marbach Group will present itself at this year’s drupa. The global leader in die cutting technology reveals its new corporate design for the first time. Fresh and modern. That’s the new Marbach look. Of course, this also includes a new booth concept. And numerous innovations. So it’s going to be very exciting at the Marbach stand D50 in hall 10.
Packaging. Performance. You.
Marbach will launch its new corporate design under the new slogan “Packaging. Performance. You.” And also the research and development work of recent months. The result can be summarized in the following way: performance for the customer. Marketing Manager Tina Dost: “Our customers are the focus of our activities. Their needs and demands are what we consequently orientate toward. This continuously leads to the development of new products. Through which we not only ensure our customers excellent performance. But the best. In every price range.”
Minimal set-up times
Regarding die cutting, Marbach has intensively dealt with the topic of set-up times. The make-ready effort can be reduced to a minimum with the triple team mpower|+ cutting die, magic sheet and digital zone leveling. With this, the customers achieve highest productivity. And maximum performance.
In the field of rotary die-cutting, Marbach shows its high-performance tools MR|easy for cigarette packaging and marbaspeed|r for corrugated board. Both tools stand for highest speed in their own field.
With Marbach refinement technologies, every package becomes a work of art. Marbach offers not only 2D and 3D embossing, but also hot foil stamping. Everything from a single source. The marbafoil hot foil stamping is particularly efficient when combined with the thinplate technology. This provides highest time-saving in the production process on repeat orders. The new laser engraver makes finest embossing details possible. The pure egde technology for corrugated board delivers clean visible edges. And flawless packaging.
Light. Stable. And cost-efficient. That’s how the innovative Marbach blanker marbablanker reveals itself. With it, blanking becomes child’s play.
The stripping process is very complex. A smooth and waste-free stripping process is what the Marbach stripping tool masterstrip|plate stands for.
Hygienic die cutting
For high demands on hygiene and product safety Marbach offers the unique tool marbaclean. This extraordinary hygiene tool is equipped with special safeguards and materials for the food industry. Certified. So our customers are on the safe side. Even for highest hygiene requirements.
