Marbach has focused on the topic: performance. Especially performance for its customers. Demanding of itself: to offer the right solution for every requirement. Against this background, Marbach has extended still further its knowledge and abilities during the last months. Besides innovative products, Marbach also offers its customers comprehensive services – and recently training courses.
Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach: “Our customers receive not only a product from us. They also receive expert advice from our experienced sales team prior to purchasing as well as support during the order process. Particularly important: after the purchase of a tool, we provide our customers with advice and assistance. Our application engineers support customers when they have questions or problems. If necessary, directly on site.”
Furthermore from 2018 on Marbach will offer training for its customers on its own die-cutter. Topics offered could not be more diverse: from starter training to topic-specific training such as die-cutting, stripping, blanking or productivity increase and to innovations for optimized packaging production. The range is extensive and supports customers to meet the ever increasing requirements of the market.
Brunner continues: “Our way of providing customer service is unique in the die-cutting market. We are more than happy to be able to better support our customers in the future with our experience and our know-how.”
The Marbach Academy starts its training in 2018.
Marbach recently launched a new system under the name Embossing Register System IV. This allows embossing plates to be set up quickly and easily on embossing dies. With the Marbach system, users can save time when setting up the embossing dies and thus reduce machine downtimes.
Marbach has made a successful start to the new year with its Marbach Academy. In the first quarter of 2019, there were training courses on the subjects of paperboard and cigarette packaging as well as several individual training courses for customers.
Our US location in Charlotte is developing very positively. Following the start of production in 2012, Marbach America has grown into a stable revenue generator within the globally active Marbach Group. In order to be able to serve its customers even better, Marbach America has invested in a laser system of the latest generation. In March 2019 a laser system of the type mlas|compact-2 was installed at Marbach America.
Marbach is on course for expansion. After Marbach has founded subsidiaries in the USA, Malaysia, China and Mexico in the recent years, a second location in the USA will follow this summer. Since 2012 Marbach is already represented with a production site in Charlotte, North Carolina.
