Marbach Werkzeugbau (Marbach Tool Manufacturing) has a new managing director in its management team since 1st of January 2017.
Klaus Schwally joined the company management at Marbach Werkzeugbau GmbH in January 2017. He succeeds former managing director Hans Masche who retires at the end of February 2017.
Klaus Schwally (47 years old) is an engineer with more than 20 years experience and is an expert in the packaging industry –. He spent the last eight years at Multivac, where he was responsible for the departments Service & Distribution Germany.
Owner and managing director Peter Marbach: “We are happy that with Klaus Schwaly, we have gained a managing director with leadership experience from the same industry. Who knows how this industry works. Who will breathe new life into it. Whose different perspective will without doubt give us many positive impulses. But with everything changing we don’t want to forget what has been proven and tried: Hans Masche significantly developed Marbach Werkzeugbau during the last three decades with his care and vision. Today, we belong are world market leaders and have extended and defined the frontiers of thermoforming as no other. For all that, he has my gratitude and respect.”
Marbach Werkzeugbau is looking forward to the upcoming K fair in Düsseldorf. This will take place from 16 to 23 October 2019. Marbach will be represented with a 94 m² stand and will present its new products to the visitors of this important plastics fair.
Marbach will take part in the Night of Apprenticeship in Heilbronn on the 26th of September 2019. On this day young people will be able to experience Marbach under the motto "Pack the world. With an apprenticeship at Marbach." Potential apprentices will be able to inform themselves about apprenticeships and studies offered at Marbach and also get to know the company.
Marbach is currently working intensively on the topics of digitalization and industry 4.0. Marbach is also focusing on the digitalization of industrial processes. One step resulting from this project is changing invoicing from postal to digital. As of 01 August 2019, the majority of german Marbach customers will receive their invoices by email.
In its Marbach Die Supplies & Automation division Marbach supplies machines, equipment and materials for die-making and printshops. With the robogrip, Marbach has a rule puller in its portfolio which proves itself to be an effective helper at the die-cutting machine.
