Cooperation between Marbach and Cutlite Penta. Customized laser systems for efficient cutting-die production of the future.
Marbach has decided to cooperate with laser solutions specialist Cutlite Penta. In a development cooperation, Marbach will work with Cutlite Penta to create an optimized laser program that will meet the Marbach Group's high demands for laser systems.
Thomas Kandlbinder, Head of Development & Service at Marbach: "The Marbach Group with 20 locations worldwide has more than 50 laser systems in operation. Our demands on quality, handling and flexibility of the laser systems are extremely high. When equipping our machine park, no off-the-shelf products are sufficient for us; we need machines that are perfectly tailored to our requirements. That is why we are very pleased to have found in Cutlite Penta a partner with whom we are ideally equipped for the future. We are having the laser systems from Cutlite Penta customized for us. Within the framework of various development projects, we will combine our experience in the production of cutting-dies and the development of machines with Cutlite Penta's broad production program. The result will be a new, optimized laser program, not off-the-shelf, but perfectly suited to the requirements of the Marbach Group. The new laser systems will be designed for the efficient cutting-die production of the future."
Marbach will gradually equip its worldwide locations with this new laser generation. In addition, Marbach is also equipping in-house dieshops around the world with equipment for diemaking. The new laser generation produced by Cutlite Penta will thus also be available for companies outside the Marbach Group.
