We are already in the starting blocks: From September 27 to 29, we will showcase our latest innovations at FachPack in Nuremberg. The focus as always will be on performance in packaging production.

Performance Package
The Performance Package is a special service offer. Based on an as-is analysis at your site, an individual package of measures is developed for highest performance in packaging production.

CONNECT|M
The system solution CONNECT|M stands for the digitalization of the die-cutting process. The die-cutting machine and tool are connected to the user via the cloud. The results are performance data in packaging production at the push of a button. For greater transparency in the die-cutting process and as a basis for optimised decision-making and rapid response to deviations. 

Tools for honeycomb corrugated board
One material solution that is increasingly being used as an alternative for transport protection, and for reasons of sustainability is honeycomb corrugated board. But there are numerous challenges when die-cutting this material, for which we offer special die-cutting solutions.

Marbach greenplate
The dieboard Marbach greenplate consists of 30% primary material (birch from Nordic forests), 70% secondary material from regional forests. Due to its special structure, greenplate possesses excellent technical features, and also advantages in terms of ecological sustainability and supply security.  

marbaject
The latest product from our innovation center is not a tool, but an ejector rubber: The new marbaject rubber was specifically designed for optimum functionality in the die-cutting process. It is characterized by its high rebound elasticity, its wear resistance and its long service life. Also, it protects the nick and has good adhesive qualities on the one hand, but can, if necessary, be removed again without leaving any residue. Another plus: marbaject is ISEGA-certified and can also be used in the food sector.
