Marbach opened its Marbach Academy in 2017. In its first year, more than 220 participants visited the training center in Heilbronn. And since then the number has been constantly growing. Marbach is training the industry in the die-cutting process.
Marketing Manager Tina Dost: "Especially the events for managers are very well attended. The feedback from these participants is consistently positive. Everyone is impressed by the opportunity to obtain insider information on all aspects of die-cutting directly from the die-maker. This is exactly why the number of registrations after such events is particularly high. In addition, it is always a good opportunity for us to check the requirements and adapt the program, tailored to the latest trends in the industry.”
In the Marbach training courses, participants are trained in small groups of 4-8 people. These practice-oriented classes prepare the participants for their daily work and supply them with valuable tips for even more efficiency.
Marbach has continuously expanded its services in the past year. The newest member of the Marbach service family is the Marbach Performance Boost package. By which, Marbach supports its consulting service which makes its own process know-how available to its customers and thereby significantly increasing their productivity during the die-cutting process.
Marbach has been using for some time now a new rubber for rubbering cutting-dies. The name of this high-performance material is flexpower. Certified by ISEGA for use in the food industry, this rubber offers numerous advantages to operators. Marbach uses flexpower in corrugated board tools (both flat and rotary) and also sells it as raw material.
Marbach is one of the large material suppliers in Germany. Under the name Marbach Die Supplies, Marbach offers materials for packaging manufacturers that meet the requirements in the field of die-cutting. In order to support its customers even more in increasing their performance, Marbach has expanded its material portfolio.
Marbach was present at the IADD Odyssey in Atlanta Georgia from May 1 to 3, 2019.
