Marbach Werkzeugbau (tool manufacturing) will optimize its manufacturing supervision. Under the name Time|M, Marbach will implement a new software that will make production planning at Marbach even more efficient in the future. The introduction of the new software has been planned for autumn 2018.
Marbach Production Manager Matthias Arndt: "In the production of thermoforming tools with manufacturing times of several weeks, timing production is a great challenge. In order to improve our performance for our customers, we have decided to invest in suitable software. We are currently preparing its implementation. The project teams work together with IT and our project partner on the extensive project planning agenda".
This new software will be used in addition to Marbach's existing ERP system.
