Since Marbach has restructured its division „Materials for the production of cutting-dies“ and has recently been renamed Marbach Die Supplies, the positive market acceptance has been very well received at Marbach. The extended portfolio has generated a positive mood with Marbach customers. Because as one of the main material suppliers in Germany, Marbach is the only company that is able to test its products in advance in its own production units and on the in-house die-cutting machine.
Director Business Development, Jan Brunner: “Many of our customers appreciate the fact that we also produce cutting-dies ourselves and therefore know exactly what we are talking about. Because the materials we offer have been tested extensively in our own production. Moreover, we exclusively offer our own materials. For example our rule series with the cutting rules mhard, msoft, mpower and the creasing rule mcrease are only available at Marbach. Also the rubber material flexpower. Own innovations such as the marbanick or easyfix round off our unique portfolio.”
Marbach has become known in the market over the years with this approach. And is very successful with it. The expansion of the portfolio takes Marbach yet one step further. Because Marbach supplies its customers even more comprehensively. Ranging from materials for die-boards to rubber and Marbach cutting rules and various tools for the die-cutting production. Marbach customers like this. And reward Marbach as a result. This becomes more than clear when looking at the sales figures of Marbach Die Supplies.
Marbach was recently visited by its customer Å&R Carton Lund AB for an audit. Å&R Carton looked closely at Marbach from a number of viewpoints and certified Marbach with a very good performance.
With its marbanick|2 for paperboard tools, Marbach has brought a hand tool onto the market that convinces users with its flexibility and simplicity. Since its introduction in May 2018, Marbach has sold almost 200 of these hand-held devices.
Marbach expands its Die Supplies & Automation division. From 01 February 2019, André Angermeir joins the Marbach team as the new Sales Manager. With Angermeir, Marbach has been able to gain an industry insider with a wealth of experience in the world of cutting-dies.
Marbach expands further. After having opened die production facilities in the USA, Malaysia and China in the past years, Marbach will open a Marbach Die Supplies subsidiary in Mexico in January. From here Marbach will supply materials to Mexican and North American die and packaging manufacturers. In addition, training in the application of technologies will be offered. Marbach's goal is to support the Mexican market in its further development.
