Marbach will be represented with a stand at the IHK education fair in the redblue center in Heilbronn from 9 to 11 May 2019.
Nicole Schmitt, human resources advisor and training manager at Marbach: "The education fair is a great opportunity for us to get to know our future apprentices personally and to talk to them directly. For a medium-sized family-owned business like ourselves, the topic of junior staff is clearly important. We need good employees in order to advance the goals of our company and to ensure a successful future. Many of our managers started their professional careers as apprentices at Marbach."
Marbach currently has 55 apprentices in 12 different administrative and technical professions and in different fields of study. Training is exclusively tailored to company requirements, which is why Marbach has a hiring rate of almost 100 %. The company has been awarded the dualis seal of approval by the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Commerce, in recognition of its top quality training.
Schmitt continues: "At the education fair, visitors can obtain comprehensive information about our apprenticeship professions and courses of study. Not only the training managers are present at the stand, but also Marbach apprentices from various professions as well. They welcome any questions about their apprenticeship. It couldn't be more practical."
Apart from conversations Marbach has of course also planned different exciting activities for the young visitors to its exhibition booth.
For several months now Marbach has been offering a new technology in its portfolio under the name of: Universal Sheet Delivery. After the great success of the Universal Sheet Delivery in the 102-106 format, Marbach now also offers this tool for large die-cutting machines in 142-145 format.
The Egyptian subsidiary Marbach celebrates its 25th anniversary. The Marbach Group was founded in 1923 as a 3-man business. To begin with it supplied mainly the domestic advertising and packaging industry. Marbach then began a process of internationalization in 1984. In 1995 Marbach started a joint venture in Egypt.
The Managing Partner of the Marbach Group, Peter Marbach, has donated an internal bonus to the Wartberg School.
